The Art of Textiles Exhibit at the Arts of Kenmore Galley at Kenmore City Hall features the work of 15 fiber artists. Showcasing a wide variety of surface design techniques, this juried exhibit includes the work of six members of SDA WA: Cyndi Wolfe, Lois Gaylord, Judith Warren, Ti Locke, Lynne Rigby and Gay Jensen. In choosing the 23 artworks included in this exhibit, the jury looked for overall artistic excellence, paying special attention to composition/design, focal point, originality, artistry, and skillful application. Come see this celebration of fiber art and talk surface design with your fellow SDA WA members at the opening on September 19th!
