We are thrilled to have had such a wonderful response to our Fiber Fusion show opening!  We had an amazing turn-out and we were even on the local NBC affiliate news!!

Fiber Fusion Exhibition Venue at Allied Arts Gallery at the Park

SDA WA is going to have a traveling exhibit!

Whether one of your pieces has been accepted in the Fiber Fusion Exhibition or you just want to see the show,  you need to make your plans now to travel to Richland, WA and the Allied Arts Gallery in the Park for the first venue of the traveling show.  The opening reception will be held June 5, 1-3 at the Gallery in the Park, 89 Lee Blvd., Richland, WA 99352.  Awards will be presented and juror Layne Goldsmith will speak about the jury process.   Come expecting beautiful weather in Richland where the temperature ranges from a high of 78˚F and a low of 52˚F, cooling off delightfully at night.  The exhibition runs June 1-23.

This is your opportunity to be seen and celebrated! The first -ever traveling exhibition in the U.S. sponsored by the Surface Design Association will happen in Washington State in 2016-2017!
Premier venues: The exhibition will be hosted by four venues– Allied Arts in Richland; VALA Art Center in Redmond; Northwind Arts Center in Port Townsend; and the Schack Art Center in Everett.
